How long does an order take?
Most outdoor wood crafts are made to order and ready in about 3–5 days. Custom sizes, large bulk orders, or complex clock designs may take a little longer. We will confirm timing when you order or request a quote.

What lumber options do you offer?
Depending on the product, we build with pressure-treated lumber, untreated kiln-dried lumber, untreated pine (including rustic barnboard styles), and cedar. Product pages list the standard material and any upgrade options such as kiln-dried versus pressure-treated benches.

Do you apply finishes?
Many outdoor pieces are sold unfinished so you can stain, paint, or seal them to match your garden. Pricing tables note when finishes are not included. If you need a finished piece, contact us and we can discuss options.

Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Most planters, trellises, window boxes, and benches can be customized. Use the custom-size field on the product page or contact us with dimensions for a quote. Quote-only items like the square trellis require dimensions before we price them.

Where can I pick up or get delivery?
Pickup is available in Southboro (Southborough), Massachusetts. Free local delivery is offered to Hopkinton, Ashland, Framingham, Westborough, Northborough, and Marlborough. Delivery outside that area may require a small fee.

Why do some products say Request Quote?
Quote-only products are built to your dimensions or specifications, so price depends on size and materials. Send the details through the product page or contact form and we will reply with pricing and lead time.

Do custom clocks ship?
Yes. Clocks are priced plus shipping. We can also arrange local pickup in Southboro. Holiday patterns, teak clocks, ceramic plate clocks, and fully custom logo or tile designs are available—especially during our winter workshop season.

Do you sell on Facebook Marketplace?
Yes. Brookside Farm also lists products on Facebook Marketplace. Ordering through brooksidefarm.biz gives you the full catalog, custom options, and direct communication at tim@brooksidefarm.biz.

Are your products made in the USA?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted on our family homestead in Southborough, Massachusetts—rooted in an 1855 property and offered for sale since 2025.
