About Brookside Farm
Welcome to Brookside Farm, where our craftsmanship grows from deep history. Our story began on an 1855 homestead, once part of Cordaville's industrial heart. In 1964, our family, the Deschamps, took stewardship, and for decades, we simply called it home.
Brookside Farm was born from our own garden and a love of family. We needed sturdy, high-quality planters and trellises that could last, so we built them ourselves. We figured you might be looking for them, too.
Today, we handcraft every piece right here on the homestead, built with care to endure the New England weather. It's a new legacy for an old property—rooted in hard work, inspired by the land, and dedicated to faith and family.

Outdoor Wood Crafts from a Southborough Homestead
Brookside Farm is a family homestead business in Southborough (Southboro), Massachusetts, offering handcrafted rustic outdoor wood crafts for gardeners across MetroWest. We build wooden planters, window boxes, garden trellises, outdoor benches, and fire pit chairs with quality lumber and classic joinery—pieces meant to work hard in New England weather, not just look good in a photo.
Our catalog is organized for how people shop: planters and container gear for porches and patios, trellises for roses, beans, and vines, and outdoor furniture for paths and fire circles. In winter we also craft custom clocks from teak, ceramic, and more. Most outdoor pieces are made to order in about 3–5 days, with pickup on the homestead or free local delivery to Hopkinton, Ashland, Framingham, Westborough, Northborough, and Marlborough.
